"The Restoration Team was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional from start to finish. Their communication was excellent and kept us fully informed throughout the entire process. A special shout‑out to Tommy, who went above and beyond. He took the time to clearly explain what was happening and how the issue would be resolved, and his follow‑up was incredibly reliable. His professionalism truly stood out. When we could not find the source of the leak he continued to rule out all possibilities until we were finally able to locate the issue. Highly recommend The Restoration Team for their outstanding service."
