Questions About Getting Listed

  • Enhanced Listings are our premium profiles, reserved for a limited number of approved contractors in each area. They get a full-page profile with photos, services, reviews and a direct "Request Service" button, plus a marketing kit to show off your verified status. Most restoration contractors who apply choose Enhanced, because it's an affordable way to stand out from every other company in their city. Once you've applied, ask us whether an Enhanced spot is still open in your area.

  • Only businesses that provide restoration or remediation services, such as water damage restoration, fire and smoke restoration, mold remediation, and storm damage services.

  • Only if you actually offer restoration or remediation services. General contractors, plumbers, roofers, cleaning companies and other related trades are not accepted unless restoration or remediation is part of the services you provide.

  • Our team reviews every application by hand. If your business qualifies, we'll add it to the directory and contact you using the details you provided. If we need more information, we'll reach out before approving it.
