They were responsive, professional, and very flexible as well as transparent in regards to their approach to solving our problem; they consistently consulted with us when the time came to decide what approach to take and they kept us informed on the progress. I obviously never want this to happen again, but I would totally hire them if I had another similar accident in the future.”
“This was our first time dealing with water damage (leaky dishwasher destroyed our hardwood floors) and Vince was amazing. He was communicative and highly knowledgeable. He walked us through everything, did a great job dealing with the insurance company, and when it came time to do the demo work he knew exactly what was needed and did not do any unnecessary damage. Having sudden/unexpected water damage is extremely stressful and Vince made the process as painless as possible. Highly recommended!”
