He met with me on several occasions to make sure that everything was done 100% right- my clients had already relocated . I encourage Realtors to call Spencer when an issue comes up regarding mold to educate your client- other companies tend to use fear and hard sell tactics when addressing a mold issue. “I bought a mold test for my new construction home. It came back positive for mold. I was referred to 3 Lions by my inspector. I called the company on a Saturday morning and a kind gentlemen named Spencer call me right back. He spent 30 minutes on the phone with me to educate me on what the report said and what it meant. He walked me through the process and answered all my questions. I sent him the full inspection report immediately after our call. At 7:30 on the same Saturday evening, he called me to discuss the report in more detail. He pointed out a few things in the report I needed to pay special attention to before I close on the home. During the call I learned Spencer is actually the owner and he has two sons that work with him. You can tell he found his calling, and anyone doing business with him is better for it (and our homes safer). I cannot say enough great things.”
